तदित्यनभिसन्धाय फलं यज्ञतपःक्रियाः ।
दानक्रियाश्च विविधाः क्रियन्ते मोक्षकाङ्क्षिभिः ॥ २५ ॥

With ‘Tat,’ without aiming at the fruits, are the acts of sacrifice and austerity and the various acts of gift performed by the seekers of moksha.

With ‘Tat’ : with the utterance of ‘Tat’, which is a designation of Brahman. The fruits : of sacrifice, etc. Acts of gift : gifts of land, gold, etc.
The use of ‘Om’ and of ‘Tat’ has been explained. Now the use of ‘Sat’ is given as follows:
