Tamasic Action.
अनुबन्धं क्षयं हिंसामनपेक्ष्य च पौरुषम् ।
मोहादारभ्यते कर्म यत्तत्तामसमुच्यते ॥ २५ ॥
anubandhaṃ kṣayaṃ hiṃsāmanapekṣya ca pauruṣam .
mohādārabhyate karma yattattāmasamucyate .. 25 ..
The action which is undertaken from delusion, without regarding the consequence, loss, injury, and ability, that is declared to be Tamasic.

Loss : Loss of power and of wealth accruing from the action done. Injury to living beings. Ability : one’s own ability to complete the work.
